Diameter Tolerance: Wire diameter and tolerances are maintained in accordance with IS-1835-1976 or as per customer requirements.
Tensile Strength: The tensile strength of the wire is maintained in line with IS-1835-1976 or as per customer specifications.
Torsion Numbers: The torsion numbers of the wires are controlled as per customer specifications or IS-1835:1976.
Reverse Bend Test: This test is conducted as per IS-1716/1835, with the number of reverse bends maintained as per IS-1835:1976.
Wrap Test: The wrap test of the wire is conducted as per IS-1835:1976 or as specified by customers.
Mass of Zinc Coating: The zinc coating weight on the wire surface is maintained as per IS-1835:1976 or as specified by the customer.
Uniformity of Zinc Coating: The uniformity of the zinc coating is checked as per IS-1835:1976/IS-2633 or as specified by the customer.
Adhesion Test for Galvanized: The adhesion of the zinc coating with the steel wire is checked as per IS-1835:1976 or as specified by the customer.
