Physical/Mechanical Properties:
- Dimensions & Tolerances: Dimensions and tolerances are maintained in accordance with IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as per customer requirements.
- Tensile Strength: The tensile strength of the wire is maintained as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as per customer requirements.
- Wrap Test: The wrap test of the wire is conducted as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as specified by customers.
- Torsion Test: The torsion number in the wire is maintained as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as specified by customers.
- Bend Test: The bend test of the wire is conducted as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as specified by customers.
- Coiling & Stretching Test: This test is conducted as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as per customer requirements.
- Cast of the Wire: The cast of the wire is maintained as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as specified by the customer.
- Deep Etch Test: Defects on the wire surface are checked by deep etch test as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as specified by customers.
- Decarburization Test: This test is conducted as per IS-4454 Pt 1:2001 or as specified by customers.
- Coating & Surface Finish: Coating and surface finish are maintained as per customer requirements.
