Wire for Musical Spring

Music Spring Steel Wire was introduced in 2002, with a manufacturing capacity of approximately 2,400 metric tonnes per annum. The diameter range for these wires is 0.25 mm to 5.00 mm. Below are the fundamental properties of Music Spring wires:

Physical/Mechanical Properties:

• Size and Tolerances: The size and tolerances of music spring wires are maintained in accordance with ASTM A228/A228 M 93 or as per customer requirements.
• Tensile Strength: The tensile strength of these wires is maintained as per ASTM A228/A228 M 93 or as per customer requirements.
• Torsion Numbers: The number of twists of these wires is maintained as per ASTM A228/A228 M 93 or as per customer requirements.
• Coiling Test: The coiling test of music spring wires is conducted as per ASTM A228/A228 M 93 or as per customer requirements.
• Wrap Test: The wrap test is conducted as per ASTM A228/A228 M 93 or as per customer requirements.

Packing: These wires are supplied in coils/spools and packed as specified by customers. The weight of the spools/coils is determined through mutual discussion at the time of placing the order.
